Avril Bradley’s poetry is published Australia wide, in magazines and journals.
She has published 3 poetry books and edited two collections of children’s poetry. Her latest collection is ‘inter alia’(Ginninderra Press 2012)
A collaboration with her children and grandchildren, of writings and illustrations, entitled ‘Errant sheep and cats on the fiddle’ is forthcoming in 2014. She is working on a collection of dance poems entitled ‘The Fragile Geometry of Dancers.’
In 2013 she won the Poetica Christi competition ‘Searching the depths’ was placed both first and second in ‘The Tango Australis’ competiton and published in ‘Award Winning Australian Writing. ( Melbourne Books.)

LYNDON WALKER

Lyndon Walker was born in Townsville, Queensland, Australia. Educated in Psychology he now practices as a Therapist in Launceston, Tasmania.
Has been published in Australian literary journals over thirty years and occasionally overseas. He undertook a world reading tour in 1994 and in 1996 was awarded the Pablo Neruda Prize for Poetry.
He was long-listed for The Montreal International Prize for Poetry in 2013 and Short-Listed for the Inaugural ACU Prize for Literature in the same year. He has five books of poetry.

Gayelene Carbis writes poetry, plays, and prose. In the last few years, Gayelene has been Shortlisted for the Fish International Poetry Prize, the Lord Mayor’s Creative Writing Award, the ABR Elizabeth Jolley Short Story Award, and in 2013, the Melaleuca Life Writing Award and The Age / Readings Short Story Prize. Gayelene’s work has been performed/published in Australia and overseas, including Greece, Edinburgh, India, Canada, New York and the George Town Festival in Penang. She has published poetry and fiction in numerous literary journals, recently in Contemporary Verse (Canada). In 2012, she was awarded a Writing Residency in Poetry at the Banff Centre in Canada and read her poetry in Canada and New York. Gayelene works as a playwrigh; dramaturg/script editor; teaches Creative Writing at Melbourne University; and has been selected for the Masters in Writing for Performance at VCA in 2013. Gayelene is currently writing a one-woman show for actress Clara Pagone and co-writing a musical theatre text.
